“I recently had my AC serviced and the technician informed me that one of the breakers in the main panel was loose and that I should have an electrician take a look. I called Bowman late in the afternoon. I was politely told that they could stop by the very next day between 11:00 a.m. and Noon. Michael called prior to arriving promptly on time. He investigated the box with me and explained what the problem was. My panel had melted on one side of the box and was causing the breaker to be loose. Being alarmed at the melting I asked for an estimate for the repair. He provided the estimate and told me that I should consider having additional estimates. I asked when he might be able to do the repair. He told me that he would need to go to pick up the necessary parts and could be back in about an hour. I couldn’t believe I would be able to have the repair accomplished on the same day without an additional charge. Michael returned within an hour and completed the repair. His work was meticulous and professional. The cost of the repair was very reasonable and included a 2 year warranty. I will call Bowman for any future electrical needs and highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for an honest and reliable electrician. I also leaned that Michael is also active with ACTS.
